Nearly forgotten but glorious art, envisionings and historical oddments from the back corners of the internet
Wonderful posters by Italian painter, illustrator and poster designer Marcello Dudovich. Living from 1878 to 1962, he participated in the 1920 and 1922 Bienalles in Venice. Also won a gold medal at the 900 Universal Exhibition in Paris.
On a voyage to see how much mileage I can get from the creative ability and eye for images that my family thought was useless. On line art curator, fiction writer and now blogger. Historian's daughter. Follow me . . .even I have no idea where I'm going next.

Ooh, la, la. La, ladies! Dudovich was a master at capturing these alluring beauties in all of their glory. Their strength, charm and joie de vivre almost shouts their magnetic energy. I am eagerly awaiting my ticket to the past so that I may join them. BRAVO!
