According to Worthpoint who has this bookplate on their website too, Ms. Weil was a bookbinder in New York City. 1930s Depression era bookplates, taken from a 1931 C. D. Reimers Bookplate Company catalogue. They were located in Fort Worth, Texas and were a firm owned by Charles Dietrich Reimers who was originally from Illinois and had been a first baseman on the Northwestern University baseball team.
