Art glass with a bit of blue here and there. French. Eugène Rousseau, artist and dealer. Living from 1827 to 1890, Rousseau had a shop in Paris starting in around 1855. Starting out with porcelain, he later shifted to glass, collaborating with several manufacturers including Appert Frères.
