Set of four place card holders. Each one having two flat discs mounted to a flat and circular base with the front disc being smaller and enameled with a fox loping through the forest. In a leather-bound case with a fitted velvet and silk lining, the lining having a gilt retailer’s stamp for Arnold and Lewis of Manchester, England. 1904-1906, Edwardian. Sterling silver and enamel. Made by Sampson Mordan and Company Ltd. in Chester, England. Maker’s marks: Fully marked including date letters 1904 (3) and 1906 (1), and design numbers 40227 (2) and 429790 (2).
