Paintings of the Ramapo River which flows in the states of New York and New Jersey in the United States. Jasper Francis Cropsey, painter. Living from 1823 to 1900, he was a member of the Hudson River School. A follower of American landscapist Thomas Cole. Cropsey was also an architect.
