Waterfall pictures painted by Jacob Philipp Hackert (1737-1807). Born in Brandenburg he mostly painted in Italy. Studied at the Prussian Academy of Arts, Berlin. Also painted landscapes with no waterfalls.

Portraits of Niagara falls by Danish waterfall painter Joachim Ferdinand Richardt. Living from 1819 to 1895 he painted mostly houses in Denmark and, later, American waterfalls.
