Watercolors by Edward Gennys Fanshawe who lived from 1814 to 1906. An admiral in the Royal Navy, these are from his “Album of watercolours of the Baltic, Mediterranean, Scotland, Switzerland and Burma” made during naval cruises to those parts of the world. Collections of the Royal Museums Greenwich.
