Portraits of birds from a little while ago. Scottish. Archibald Thorburn, watercolorist. Living from 1860 to 1935, Thorburn specialized in paintings of wildlife, especially Scottish birds. Son of Robert Thorburn who painted miniatures for Queen Victoria.
