Circular rounded form silver presentation bowl, the body embellished with embossed and chased stylized floral and leaf decoration bordered with bead and scroll designs. The cylindrical pedestal encircled with an undulating band of embossed and chased decoration flanked by a large bead motif with a plain base that incorporates four bracket style feet. ca. 1916. Made in Norway by Magnus Aase. Embellished with the contemporary engraved initials “O.O.” to one foot and the date “7-10-16: to another. Maker’s marks: “M AASE” mark for Magnus Aase.
