The Ava Kingdom was the dominant kingdom that ruled upper Burma from 1364 to 1555. Ava, or Inwa located in Mandalay Region, Myanmar, is an ancient imperial capital of successive Burmese kingdoms from the 14th to 19th centuries. This wonderful volume is also in the collections of the British Library, Cornell University and the New York Public Library. Probably some other places, too. I found it in a Swann Auction Galleries catalog.
