Very Eerie Pre Halloween Art for September 1, 2024 . . .

wandering in on the smile of a baby piranha somewhere in the upper reaches of the Amazon River as the golden Scythian dragon in the bottom of the steppe burial pit roars a mighty roar as it’s lashing tail crushes the investigating archaeologists and they scream away. . . feels so different living in a cardboard box in the attic of the natural history museum . . . . anything looks dead and dusty there but I guess not . . . .

This is my fall series which has bats, dragons and all manner of eerie images many found by someone else and sent along to me. It predates my blog and I think started back when I still had a day job so before November 2012. Anyway there are 15 or 20 ish images at the link which I’m hope you’ll click through and check out. All lovely and curated by myself and from probably a hundred sources for the entire series the master file for which has close to 2000 images.

These are two of the pictures
