Blue monochrome fan, the leaf in a fine catgut network applied with painted blue flowers and highlighted with silver thread. Painted and varnished sticks with partially blue-tinted guards. When folded, the top of the strands reveal a blue flower design on the netting, a hallmark of certain Parisian workshops. made ca. 1760 in Paris, France. Maker not known.
