Tableaux vivant that were part of a ca. 1870s production of the Passion Play at Oberammergau taken from a portfolio credited to Joseph Albert. Joseph Albert was Photographer to the Royal Bavarian Court with a studio in München (Munich) so it makes plenty of sense that it was his portfolio and his pictures. There is nothing in the portfolio or the captioning stating which scene these are tableaux vivants for. I have titled the few I am sure of.
