A lime squash, and then another. The best of everything, no matter what you have for breakfast. Supposed to have a normal breakfast, says the visiting nurse, but not wanting to visit the supermarket and its aisle of rice and sacks of flour, at least not until tomorrow. The day after, even better, even if you have to live on avocado toast, caviar, and leftover deviled eggs from the pre-Thanksgiving potluck.
