Niagara Falls in the 1850s. A pair of hand-colored aquatints from 1852 engraved by Friedrich Salathé after oil paintings by Hippolyte Victor Valentin Sébron who had visited Niagara Falls in 1850.

Portraits of Niagara falls by Danish waterfall painter Joachim Ferdinand Richardt. Living from 1819 to 1895 he painted mostly houses in Denmark and, later, American waterfalls.
