Objets loaded down with ormolu by Eugène Cornu a silverworker who worked in Paris and who was made director of Compagnie des Marbres et Onyx d’Algérie in 1858. His pieces were exhibited in London and Paris. They all look like they weigh a ton. Maybe they come with a maid to dust them.
