Geyser art, paintings of geysers in Yellowstone National Park that is. American artist Grafton Tyler Brown. Living from 1841 to 1918, Brown was the first Black artist to depict California and the Pacific Northwest. He served as expedition artist on the Amos Bowman Geological Survey in 1881.
