A vision of a China that isn’t coming back. Photographs from the 1870s to the 1890s from a photograph album kept by a William Graham who grew up in Britain and emigrated to China in 1881 as a young man, he worked in  Foochow for a British firm that exported tea from 1895 to 1903.
